Peugeot 106 GTI Lucifer by MilanF1

2 years before i bought 106 cabrio, now I have new 106 at home. It is 106 GTI. I isnt S16, because my car was new sold in Switzerland. 87 kW, year 2000 and color Lucifer. :)

It is not perfekt, but only 95 000 km on odometr (i hope real, last owner had car 10 years) and not crashed. But with a lot of rust, especiality in rear parts. On classic place on 106 -  boot.

Motor is perfekt and it is very funny car.

What I want to do with this car? Driving! :D I want to have original car (maybe better last exhaut will be on their place). I need original gear shift, airbag (is "ugly"), door limiter.
In airbox is Green filter, i will put paper. On the road are other parts - oil, oil filter, gas filter, air filtr, stabilizer bars, absorbers, spark plugs.

BBS wheels are ugly? Yes, it is not perfekt, they are made in year 88! But now I have original wheels Alize.

They are new colored. Of course new summer tyres. :)

Nice, we don't see Gti's everyday, those BBS were not bad but I think best wheels for those cars are the PTS, look at it if you don't know

This car has new owner. Too much rust ... everywhere ... :(
It is repaired, the most rusted places, but it is not for ever.  
I need to have perfect car. It is nice car, looks great (see photo), but for me not to so good as I want! It was not easy, but i sold it. Now i have new gun!

Wow! We don't see this everyday, even on those cars. Nice job you made here, when we see the way you came from. Never easy to sell it, have fun with your new toy ( even if personnally i can't stand those new cars ( not enough real driving feeling)

After paint.



I made a lot of work. New front axle parts, new catalyst, oil (transmission too), filtre, paint front and rear axle (rear coloured, like original - yellow, red), paint brake caliper (black). Original gear shift, airbag, door limiter ...




New 308 GTi is not really real driving feeling, but is much more safer! It is like train, I say TGV. For me is this car better. And sound system Denon. Perfekt. :)

I'd rather feel like i'm in a kart, but its purely personal preference. Anyway you did good on the gti, hope the new owner keeps it that way. Mine is only 1.1, a lot of body work to do on it, but i can't stand the idea to sell it, first car, many souvenirs in it ! (For the sound system it's diy, but enough to get the mirrors shaking )
